I met my edge in new ways during this experience.
There were times when I wanted to tap out.
I had reached a 13 out of 10 on the intensity scale.
But there was something to staying.
To enduring.
To choosing to experience something so deeply intense and visceral.
A friend of mine replied to these photos I posted on social media.
He asked, "Doesn't the pain out weigh the pleasure?"
"The pain kind of is the pleasure" I replied.
