Welcome to SacralSteve.com, a space dedicated to conscious touch, embodied presence, and holistic connection. Please review the following Terms of Service carefully. By accessing this site or booking a session, you agree to be bound by the conditions below.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

This website and the services offered are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Age verification may be requested prior to services or account access.

2. Scope of Practice Clarification

I am not a licensed therapist or medical provider. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health conditions. These offerings are for personal growth and somatic support only.

3. Nature of Services

I provide professional, non-sexual services designed to support personal growth, emotional wellness, and embodiment through modalities such as:

  • Erotic and sensual bodywork

  • Conscious touch and cuddle sessions

  • Somatic and energy-based practices (e.g., Reiki)

  • Intimacy and connection coaching

  • Virtual consultations and education

All offerings are conducted with clear consent, mutual respect, and within professional ethical boundaries. No service offered on this site constitutes or implies an offer of sexual acts or sexual gratification.

4. Anonymity, Identity & Client Responsibility

I honor and respect the need for discretion, anonymity, and chosen identity. Clients are welcome to use a preferred name, nickname, or pseudonym when booking, as long as the information provided supports mutual safety, informed consent, and clear communication.

By engaging with this site or booking a service, you affirm that:

  • You are a legal adult (18+), regardless of the name you choose to share

  • Any information you do provide (including age, health conditions, boundaries, and contact details) is truthful to the best of your knowledge

  • You will not use anonymity to misrepresent yourself, impersonate others, or compromise the safety and integrity of the practitioner or the work

 

I hold your privacy sacred, and will always meet your desire for discretion with care and respect. However, I reserve the right to refuse or end a session if there is reason to believe false or misleading information is being used in a way that puts the session, myself, or others at risk.

5. Code of Conduct & Boundaries

Clients are expected to approach this work with:

  • Clear and affirmative consent

  • A respectful attitude toward boundaries, privacy, and my body

  • Understanding that this is not a dating or sexual service

Any attempt to solicit sexual activity, make inappropriate comments, or behave in a threatening or coercive way will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in being permanently banned from future sessions.

6. Consent & Communication

All sessions begin with a mutual agreement on:

  • The intention of the work

  • Physical and energetic boundaries

  • Touch preferences, clothing options, and safe words (if applicable)

 

Consent is ongoing and can be withdrawn at any time by either party. You have the right to stop, pause, or adjust the session at any time, and your comfort and autonomy are always prioritized.

7. Health, Hygiene & Responsibility

Clients are expected to arrive:

  • Free of communicable illness

  • Sober (no drugs or alcohol prior to session)

  • Clean, respectful, and open to collaborative safe care​

If you have any medical conditions, past trauma, or touch sensitivities, it is your responsibility to disclose this prior to your session so accommodations can be made appropriately.

8. Payment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All experience sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise arranged. Due to the personalized nature of this work:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be fully credited toward a future session.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a no-show fee equal to the full session price.

  • No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will also be charged the full session fee.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but full payment is still required.

 

Please respect this policy as your reserved time is valuable and held exclusively for you.

9. Add-Ons and Additional Services

During a session, I may offer, suggest, or you may request additional after care services or add-ons beyond the originally booked session. Any add-ons will only be provided with your explicit consent.

  • Additional fees for add-ons will be communicated clearly before they are provided.

  • Payment for any add-ons will be collected at the time of service or promptly afterward as agreed.

  • You have the right to decline any add-ons at any time without affecting the core session.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply respected. Any personal information, session details, or communications will remain confidential unless:

  • Required by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm)

  • Explicit permission is given to share testimonials or experiences

Digital platforms (e.g., video sessions, bookings) are encrypted when possible, but no system is 100% secure. Use discretion with your personal information.

11. Photo & Testimonial Consent

No client photos, testimonials or session details will be shared publicly without written consent and or approval.

12. Session Recording Policy 

No audio or video recording is permitted by either party unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the session.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including but not limited to text, imagery, branding, and course materials—is the intellectual property of Sacral Steve and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without express written consent.

14. Privacy Policy

For information on how I collect, use, and protect your personal data, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

15. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to any person, at any time, for any reason that threatens the safety, integrity, or ethical nature of the work.

16. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By booking a session or training, visiting this website, or engaging with any of its services, you affirm that:

  • You are 18 or older

  • You understand the nature of the services offered

  • You consent to uphold and be held accountable to these terms
