Before we meet, we’ll have a video call to build connection and set the foundation. You’ll share what draws you to this work, your curiosities, boundaries, and intentions.
Together, we’ll co-create a framework for your experience based on trust, clarity, and consent.
Prior to our call, you'll receive an intake form that will help you share your desires, curiosities, and boundaries.
Arrival In The Space
The dynamics of these sessions often begin the moment you enter my space. Communication cues, trust, consent, and the session framework have already been established.
When you arrive, the session is already underway.
Explore Sensation & Power
This is where we lean into sensation, intensity, and surrender. Using tools such as blindfolds, rope, sensation and intensity play, or power dynamics, we awaken your senses and explore your edges.
Every choice is responsive to your body and fully consented to beforehand.

Integration & Aftercare
Every session concludes with at least 10 minutes of soothing and grounding aftercare. This may include cuddling, shared stillness, Reiki, and gentle massage. Whether you feel blissed out, activated, tearful, or expanded, this time is dedicated to surrounding you with tenderness and reverence as you come back into your body.
There will be space to reflect on our time together, and I will share aftercare and integration practices for you to continue beyond the session.
