Once you’re registered, you’ll get access to your Reiki Manual. You can choose a physical copy mailed to you, or a digital version uploaded to a private portal.

You’ll also receive instructions for the pre-class reading from the manual, and how to prepare yourself energetically for the month ahead.

Our first meeting is the big one–about 2 hours. This is where we officially kick off our month together.

You’ll receive the energetic activations that allow you to start channeling Reiki, and we’ll dive into the core teaching and practices of the level of Reiki we’re in.

Meeting #2 (around week 2) - 45 minutes
Meeting #3 (end of the month) - 45 minutes

These shorter follow-up meetings are designed to help you stay consistent with your practice, get your questions answered, and integrate the energetic shifts that learning Reiki stirs up.

We’ll keep a WhatsApp thread open during our month together. This gives us a space to stay connected in real-time.

You can drop in with questions and share what’s coming up as you practice. I’ll also chime in with intuitive insights or nudges as they come through.

Learning Reiki and deepening into your spiritual path is a very personal process. This container is built to meet you where you’re at.

Yes, there’s structure – we’ll cover the core teaching and practices of Reiki, but a lot of this is fluid and responsive to what’s alive in your world.

The conversations I have with each student look very different, because you’re each bringing something unique to the table. My job is to help you unlock your own connection to this energy in a way that fits your life and what spirituality means to you.
