Arrival & Check-In

When you arrive, we'll take a few minutes to connect face-to-face. We'll talk about your comfort levels, preferences and boundaries, and what type of platonic cuddle experience your body is craving.

This is a chance to get present, breathe and tune into how you're feeling that day - physically, emotionally and energetically.

Shared Cuddle Experience

This is where we settle into the cuddle session. Whether it's spooning, holding hands, laying side-by-side, resting in silence or any combination that your body is yearning for. 

​

During this time there is no pressure to talk. It's a time and space for you drop the armor, let your guard down, and let your body feel and be who what it needs. The body knows what to do when it feels safe.

Gentle Close

Every session ends slowly and soothingly. You'll have a few minutes to gather yourself, re-ground and step back into your day. 

Some people leave experience a sense of quiet and calm while others experience feeling emotional or more open. There is no "right" way to feel, just know you'll be held the whole way through. ​​​​
