Each session begins with a gentle check-in. We’ll take a few moments to explore how you’re feeling emotionally, energetically, and spiritually—and what you’re hoping to receive from our time together. We’ll also go over boundaries and consent related to touch, in alignment with ethical bodywork practices.

 

For returning clients, this is typically a quick 3–5 minute grounding.

 

For new clients, we’ll begin with a more spacious 15–20 minute virtual intake to answer any questions, establish trust, and tune into your needs. This will take place via video call prior to your in-person session.​​​

You’ll be invited to undress to your comfort level. Full or partial undressing is always optional, based on what feels safe and aligned for you. I remain fully clothed throughout the session.I’ll help you get settled on the table, ensuring you feel warm, supported, and fully at ease before we begin. Comfort is key to creating the conditions for deeper relaxation and energetic integration.

These sessions are non-erotic. They are attuned to the body, energy, and nervous system, offering a space where your system can slow down, soften, and reconnect.

Once you’re fully settled, we’ll begin. I offer Reiki through intentional hand placements on the body. Sometimes the touch is light and gentle, and other times it includes firmer pressure or subtle movement of the fascia. Massage strokes are intuitively woven throughout the session, supporting your body in decompressing and increasing your capacity to receive.

You may drop into stillness, feel emotional waves, or notice physical sensations like twitching or trembling. All of this is welcome. Emotions of all kinds, including tears, often arise as part of the release process. I’ll check in with you throughout the session to support whatever is unfolding.

The session will close with soothing massage strokes and a final round of grounding energy. You’ll have time to slowly return to your body, get dressed, and share anything you’d like from the session experience. We’ll briefly reflect on what came up and I’ll offer simple, supportive practices to help you integrate any energetic shifts.

This work can create space for subtle changes that continue beyond our time together. We’ll discuss next steps and aftercare options to support your continued integration and well-being.​
